Are you interested in learning more about clean energy investment banking? Would you like to advise clients on how to obtain a more sustainable future?

Join us for Marathon Capital’s Introduction to Investment Banking Focused on the Energy Transition on October 16, 2025 at our Chicago headquarters!

Accepted applicants will be invited to our offices in Chicago.
Selected candidates will:

  • Learn about clean energy investment banking
  • Meet with Senior Leadership and learn about their careers in the industry
  • Hear from women at Marathon Capital and how they have successfully navigated their careers
Women from all schools and all college majors that have a graduation date of Spring 2027 are encouraged to apply by September 21st, 2025. We welcome undergraduate juniors and 1st year Masters/MBA programs. Please apply with your resume and responses to the following questions:
  • What about the clean economy and / or investment banking interests you and what experiences do you have in this sector?
  • Choose a potential client that you believe is an industry leader in Marathon Capital’s target market and explain your reasoning.
  • Describe a time when you had to work through a challenging situation and what you did to successfully resolve it.
  • When participating on a team, what role do you find yourself taking on most often?
