Women currently enrolled at a Chicago-area college or university
Must be searching for an internship opportunity for Summer 2027
Anticipated graduation date of Winter 2027/Spring 2028
Undergraduate juniors and first-year Master's/MBA students are welcome to apply
Open to all majors and disciplines

Participants selected for Women's Day will be expected to:

Attend and actively engage in all scheduled program sessions and networking events.
Demonstrate professionalism and respect in interactions with fellow participants, professionals, and firm representatives.
Participate in interactive discussions, workshops, and learning opportunities.
Build meaningful connections with peers and industry professionals.
Come prepared to share perspectives, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute to group conversations.
Explore career opportunities within investment banking, energy transition, and infrastructure finance.
Provide feedback following the program to help enhance future participant experiences.
